Senior Product Designer - London

The role involves designing AI-first product experiences across billing, invoicing, collections, and finance agent workflows, partnering closely with Product Managers and engineers from discovery through shipping. Responsibilities also include exploring agentic AI workflow behavior, moving between broad concepts and tactical deliverables, rapid prototyping, and contributing to the design culture.
Responsibilities
- Design AI-first product experiences across billing, invoicing, collections, and finance agent workflows
- Partner with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping to bring new concepts to life
- Explore how agentic AI workflows should behave
- Move fluidly between broad concepts and tactical deliverables
- Prototype rapidly, testing ideas with internal stakeholders and customers
- Contribute to design reviews and help build a strong design culture at Sequence
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing B2B products
- Experience designing for AI-native workflows
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Midjourney, Figma Make, Claude Artifacts, etc.
- Curious about designing with and for AI
- Prioritize speed and impact over weeks of analysis & research
