The UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform the Human Capital Management industry by creating elegant user experience solutions for enterprise-level SaaS web and mobile applications. Activities include researching, designing, prototyping, wireframing, and delivering next-generation user experiences while ensuring corporate UX/UI brand standards are implemented.
Responsibilities
- Work with fellow UX/UI team members to elicit requirements and needs
- Help with design sessions, design thinking, feedback sessions, and usability testing
- Produce various flow diagramming, contribute to persona development, journey mapping, rapid prototyping, design iteration, wireframing, mid to high fidelity mock-ups and UI documentation
- Work to ensure corporate level UX/UI and digital brand standards are implemented, for both consistency and usability
- Ensure a basic understanding of accessibility and WCAG
Requirements
- Insatiable passion for User Experience
- Experience being collaborative, professional with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of UI and interaction design principles, use of typography, color and page layouts, with an eye for detail
- Basic and growing understanding of UI and interaction design principles, use of typography, color and page layouts, with an eye for detail
- Experience working in an Agile SDLC
