The UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform the Human Capital Management industry by creating elegant user experience solutions for enterprise-level SaaS web and mobile applications. Activities include research, design sessions, usability testing, prototyping, wireframing, and ensuring adherence to corporate UX/UI brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Work with fellow UX/UI team members eliciting requirements and needs
- Help with design sessions, design thinking, feedback sessions, usability testing
- Produce various flow diagramming, contribute to persona development, journey mapping, rapid prototyping, design iteration, wireframing, mid to high fidelity mock-ups and UI documentation
Requirements
- Insatiable passion for User Experience, discovering new ideas, defining and validating them, and working in a highly collaborative work style
- Experience being collaborative, professional with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of UI and interaction design principles, use of typography, color and page layouts, with an eye for detail
