(Senior) Product Designer (UI) (m/f/d)

The Product Designer will be responsible for designing user flows, screens, and high-fidelity mockups, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure intuitive and production-ready UI. Key tasks include utilizing design systems, supporting cross-functional teams with assets, and staying current on industry trends to elevate the design practice.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with product, development, and design teams to create user-friendly and visually coherent interfaces
- Design production-ready screens using existing design systems and guidelines
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to support product development
- Prepare and deliver final assets in the appropriate formats for handover to engineering
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to strengthen design capabilities
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in product design with a focus on UI
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design craft and experience in interdisciplinary environments
- Experience working with design systems
- Industry knowledge in banking
- Experience in the B2B or financial services
- Solid proficiency in design software, especially Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- German is mandatory
