Senior Product Designer - San Francisco

The role involves owning the end-to-end product design for complex AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. This includes partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering to drive experience decisions from discovery through launch and leading design quality within a dedicated Pod.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for complex AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile
- Partner closely with PM and Engineering to drive experience decisions from discovery to launch
- Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy user experiences
- Lead design decisions within a Pod, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery predictability
- Validate solutions through rapid iteration, user feedback, and usability testing
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products (SaaS, AI, or platforms)
- Strong system thinking and ability to design for ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Hands-on experience designing AI-driven or data-intensive user experiences
- Fluent or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to work independently as an owner, not just an executor
