The Senior Product Designer will lead the complete design process for new features and product enhancements, spanning from initial concept through to final launch. Key duties include planning and executing user research, crafting detailed designs and prototypes, and collaborating closely with product managers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative user research, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Craft delightful experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma
- Work closely with product managers to align design with product vision, priorities, and roadmaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage various stakeholders to align design with business needs and technical constraints
- Advocate for design excellence, accessibility, ethical design and user-centricity within the organization
- Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency and scalability
- Guide and mentor junior designers and internship students
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions
- Expertise in user experience, user interface, interaction design, and systems thinking
- Strong understanding of design systems and front-end implementation considerations
- Experience in conducting user research and synthesizing data into actionable insights
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
