Product/ UX Designer (2-4 years)

The designer will manage and contribute to multiple products across cross-functional teams, working closely with product management to research needs and translate them into elegant interface designs. Key tasks include defining user flows, creating wireframes and mockups, maintaining design consistency, and actively contributing to project strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Work within the process established by the team lead or design team members
• Managing and contributing to multiple products across cross-functional teams simultaneously
• Work closely with the product management and design team to research and determine requirements
• Lead the designs with the cooperation of project management
• Contribute in all cross-functional meetings
• Define and communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, user flows, and UI designs to all stakeholders
• Develop and maintain wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed
• Use layout, hierarchy, typography, color, and motion based on a strong rationale
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and coherence across the product
• Delivers impactful solutions that solve customer’s problems and move business metrics
• Actively contribute to project’s strategy and roadmaps for design
• Consistently focus on driving outcomes, not just outputs
• Influence how their team defines success metrics
• Explore a broad range of solutions in Interconcepts and detailed designs
• Be proactive without waiting for direction from others
• Consistently leverage the knowledge of your product area and competition to make decisions
• Be hungry for new and deeper insights about customers to deeply understand their needs
• Work autonomously and quickly
• Creating and maintaining design systems within Figma
• Applying Figma variables to enhance scalability and ensure consistent design components
• Utilize AI tools within the design workflow to enhance efficiency and generate design alternatives

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Product/UX Design
• Contributed to a couple of shipped projects
• BS/MS degree in CS or B-Design, or a related field
