Graphic Designer & Production Specialist

This full-cycle role involves designing graphics using Adobe Illustrator for vehicle wraps and signage, operating production equipment like wide-format printers, and performing hands-on vinyl preparation. Additionally, the specialist will assist with physical sign installations in the field, requiring driving, using power tools, and ensuring precise placement.
Responsibilities
- Use Adobe Illustrator to create and prep graphics for vehicle wraps and architectural signage
- Operate wide-format printers, plotters, and laminators
- Perform hands-on 'weeding,' cutting, and mounting of vinyl graphics
- Drive the Team Vehicle: Safely transport signs and materials to client sites around Central Oregon
- Assist with the physical installation of signs, which may include using power tools, ladders, and levels to ensure everything is 'Level, Square, and True'
- Act as a professional face of FASTSIGNS while on-site
Requirements
- Valid Driverâs License
- Clean driving record
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on ladders
- Technical skill: 1â3 years of graphic design experience (Sign industry experience is a huge plus)
- Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator is required)
