Senior Product Designer (4-6 years)

The Senior Product Designer will partner with product managers to define goals, conduct research, and translate insights into product vision and design strategy. Key tasks include creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, building scalable design systems, and collaborating with engineering for implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, map service journeys, and translate user and business needs into intuitive interfaces
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define product goals and priorities
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform design direction
• Lead quantitative and qualitative research efforts, leveraging AI to synthesize findings
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, running A/B tests or prototypes to validate assumptions

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in product design
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of managing client workshops and feedback loops
• Ability to distill complex design trade-offs into concise recommendations
• Proficiency in planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
