The UX Designer will be responsible for designing and optimizing user experience across digital products and services by analyzing business requirements and mapping customer journeys. Key tasks include planning and executing user research, synthesizing actionable insights, and leading the design of information architecture, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize user experience in digital products and services
- Plan and execute user research, synthesizing insights and translating them into improvements
- Lead design of information architecture, flows, wireframes, and prototypes, collaborating with Product Owners and development teams
- Monitor performance metrics and propose iterative improvements based on data
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in UX design
- At least 3 years leading design processes
- Experience in Experiencia de Usuario (UX), Diseño Centrado en el Usuario, and Doble Diamante methodology
- Proficiency in Figma
- Native Spanish speaker
