The role involves owning the day-to-day creation and delivery of key visual assets, including performance banners, social creatives, motion graphics, and video assets across various channels like email, social, web, and paid ads. This person will also collaborate on website visuals in Webflow and create multiple visual variants for A/B testing key campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day creation and delivery of all key visual assets
- Design across channels: email, social, web, paid ads, app store visuals, and event materials
- Collaborate with the Brand & Content team to ensure messaging and visuals work seamlessly together
- Create multiple visual variants to test for key campaigns to improve performance
- Contribute to website visuals in Webflow, ensuring consistency and polish
- Proactively improve workflows, tools, and AI integrations to scale output smarter, not just faster
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer
- Experience with creating visuals across various advertising and social media networks
- Ability to work with a creative brand concept and reflect that into all aspects of visual and motion assets
- Team player with an understanding of setting and working towards common goals
- Interest in crypto and modern technologies
- Fluency in English
