
Graphic Designer 2

The Graphic Designer will plan, manage, and deliver projects from concept through completion, collaborating with project teams and internal clients to develop compelling, professional, and on-brand visual materials. Core duties include conceptualizing and designing corporate and marketing materials while ensuring quality control through proof approvals and testing.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and deliver projects from concept through completion
- Assist in development of materials and serve as presenter/contributor/leader for meetings and task force assignments
- Work as a project lead with other designers and on multicomponent projects, and partner with clients to shape deliverables
- Demonstrates effective leadership with clients and is available to help mentor
- Conceptualize and design corporate and marketing materials
- Ensure quality control through approval of proofs, press checks, and review/testing of materials before deployment
- Reviews graphics requests, communicates with internal clients and schedules projects with designers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or Fine Arts related field of study or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
- Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to design a wide variety of styles
- Eye for design details, such as typography, alignment, hierarchy, etc
- Strong portfolio showing design experience
- Strong skills in customer service, communication and negotiation skills, flexibility, time management, project management, detail oriented, leadership, and teamwork
- Understanding of branding/brand development, communications, and research
