UX Manager / UI Designer (m/w/d)

The role involves continuous UX optimization for the online shop across the entire customer journey, including navigation, search, product pages, cart, and checkout. This requires identifying optimization potential using qualitative and quantitative data, developing data-based hypotheses, and closely collaborating with the development team for implementation and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the continuous UX optimization of the online shop along the entire customer journey
• Identification of optimization potential using qualitative methods and quantitative data
• Development of data-based hypotheses, including prioritization according to impact and effort
• Conceptualization of UX optimizations, wireframes, and prototypes
• Close collaboration with the development team for implementation and quality assurance
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of tests to measure successes
• Monitoring of relevant KPIs and ensuring a sustainable performance increase
• Participation in exciting digital projects in the area of house and garden

Requirements

• First experiences in UX design for digital products, ideally in the E-Commerce environment
• Several years of experience is desirable
• Secure in the conception for online shops, including navigation, category and product pages, search and filter, as well as checkout and shopping cart
• Safe handling of Figma, including prototyping and working with components
• Basic understanding of web analytics and behavioral data such as funnels, heatmaps, or session recordings
• First experiences with user research and usability tests, from planning to implementation to evaluation and recommendations
• Good understanding of technical feasibility and collaboration with development, HTML and CSS basic knowledge are advantageous
