The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the design team to develop concepts for brand and marketing materials across various platforms and media. Responsibilities include executing designs based on creative briefs, modifying existing designs, and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

- Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts for brand and marketing materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Execute designs based on creative briefs that are visually appealing, on brand, and effective in communicating information to the target audience
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet marketing needs or to improve design quality
- Assist with basic design research and stay up-to-date on design trends
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective print and digital design materials that meet business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a design role
- A strong portfolio showcasing school and professional design projects
- Knowledge of design trends and principles
- Familiarity with project management and workflow tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge creating presentations in Google Slides
- Working knowledge in Figma
- Foundational understanding of print and web design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
