Graphic Designer - Costa Rica

The role involves managing original designs from concept to delivery across print and digital mediums, collaborating with editorial teams on platform pages, and ensuring brand consistency across various marketing projects. Responsibilities also include liaising between Marketing and Development, staying updated on industry trends, and reviewing the work of other designers.
Responsibilities
- Manages original designs from conception to delivery across print and digital mediums
- Collaborates with Editorial teams to stand up Platform pages with an eye towards UX, rhythm of content and supplementary graphics and photography
- Ensures brand consistency throughout various Marketing projects
- Projects include but not limited to: Platform page design, web layouts, PowerPoint presentations, booklet and brochure print design, infographics, advertisements, corporate event design, tradeshow design, social media graphics, apparel, etc.
- Liaises between the Marketing and Development teams to ensure best practices are being used
- Generates ideas to portray complex technical solutions
- Reviews the work of other designers to give guidance and feedback
- Multitasks assignments while delivering on deadlines
- Has hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Uses strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product
- Listens to design needs, coming up with ideas and communicating them to clients and other members of the team
- Maintains high standards of quality and making sure only the best work is released
- Collaborates across the organization to drive up standards of creativity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years design experience in a corporate or enterprise
- Strong command of Adobe Create Cloud and latest design tools
- Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
