UX Designer

The UX Designer will own the end-to-end experience design across multiple features within Workday Adaptive Planning, partnering with product, engineering, and research to define requirements and deliver high-quality designs. Responsibilities include presenting rationalized recommendations, influencing decisions through prototypes, and improving design consistency and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end experience design across multiple features and workstreams in Adaptive Planning
• Partnering closely with product, engineering, and research to frame problems, define requirements, explore solutions quickly, and deliver high-quality designs
• Presenting rationalized recommendations, influencing decisions through prototypes and storytelling, and helping raise the bar on patterns, consistency, and accessibility

Requirements

• 5+ years in a UX design role
• Strong Figma skills (wireframes → hi-fi → prototyping)
• Experience partnering cross-functionally from discovery through delivery
• Ability to present rationalized design recommendations
• Portfolio of UX work (flows, wireframes, prototypes; case studies preferred)
