Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will take end-to-end ownership of key product experiences across iOS and Android apps, focusing on creating distinctive, sapphic-first experiences that drive growth and revenue. Responsibilities include owning design from discovery through launch, translating ambiguous problems into clear user journeys, and designing experiments based on performance data.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end product design for complex product areas from discovery through launch and iteration
• Translating ambiguous, high-impact problems into clear user journeys, flows, and interfaces
• Balancing user experience, speed of execution, and business impact
• Designing experiences that feel unmistakably HER — rooted in sapphic culture, joy, intimacy, and community
• Pushing beyond generic dating patterns to create features users can’t get elsewhere
• Applying and evolving HER’s design system and brand expression
• Experimenting and measuring design experiments and A/B tests
• Prototyping and validating ideas
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 7+ years designing consumer digital products (mobile-first experience required)
• Proven experience owning design for features used by large audiences
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and UX fundamentals
• Experience working within and contributing to a design system
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving product environments
