Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will take end-to-end ownership of key product experiences across iOS and Android apps, focusing on creating distinctive, sapphic-first experiences that drive growth and revenue. Responsibilities include translating ambiguous problems into clear user journeys, designing experiments, prototyping, and validating solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design: Own design for complex product areas from discovery through launch and iteration
- Sapphic Differentiation & Experience Design: Design experiences that feel unmistakably HER
- Experimentation & Measurement: Design experiments and A/B tests in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Data
- Prototyping & Validation: Create prototypes at varying levels of fidelity to explore, align, and validate ideas
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to shape roadmaps and scope work
Requirements
- 7+ years designing consumer digital products
- Proven experience owning design for features used by large audiences
- Strong interaction design, visual design, and UX fundamentals
- Experience working within and contributing to a design system
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving product environments
