Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for generating creative solutions and executing high-quality design work across brand identity, digital marketing, digital product, print collateral, presentations, video, motion graphics, and social media. This role serves as the primary design resource for marketing activities while ensuring brand cohesion with product design.

Responsibilities

• Generate creative solutions and execute high-quality design work for brand identity, digital marketing, digital product, print collateral, presentations, video and motion graphics, and social media
• Be marketing's go-to resource for design, while also assisting product designers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
• Manage multiple projects and timelines to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all platforms
• Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience, preferably within an agency or in-house creative department
• A portfolio that demonstrates high-level conceptualization, strategic thinking, and execution across a variety of mediums
• Expert level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and non-designers
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
