The Product Designer will partner closely with Product Managers to understand user needs and craft every detail of new product features through ideation, iteration, prototyping, and user testing across all screen sizes. This role also involves evolving design systems, conducting research, and sharing work in design reviews to gather stakeholder feedback.
Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with Product Managers to understand what users need, want, and love across applications
- Crafting every detail of new product features, from ideation, quick iterations, prototyping, user testing, and production, across all screen sizes
- Evolving and consolidating design systems and component library with patterns that are intuitive and practical
- Conducting research or partnering with others to understand customer needs and translate those insights into products and features that solve real problems
Requirements
- Advanced English fluency
- 5+ years of designing clear, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences and shipping products as the only designer on projects
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Ability to design polished, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Low ego and good listening skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and design peers
