Senior Product Designer 1-year contract

The Senior Product Designer will work across the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, focusing on understanding user problems and delivering engaging, efficient, and user-friendly solutions for partner and internal user websites. This involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI, utilizing data to influence design decisions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Product lifecycle - work across the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Innovative solutions - focus on key user problems and come up with innovative & creative solutions
- Create prototypes - create lo- and hi-fi prototypes that can be validated with users
- Data-driven - use qualitative and quantitative data to influence work
- Communicate - communicate transparently on progress and discuss ideas with cross-functional team
Requirements
- Strong history of end-to-end product design
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguous and complex problems
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong workshop facilitation skills
- Experience of running research sessions and usability studies
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems and component libraries
