Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design for the Investor team experiences, including onboarding, payments, transfers, and account management, leading efforts to drive retention and platform preference. Responsibilities include serving as the primary design lead, owning journey maps, collaborating with cross-functional partners, creating high-fidelity mockups, and leading the evolution of the design system.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end Design: Serve as the primary design lead for our Investor-centric product development team
- Own the journey maps for the Investor lifecycle
- Develop and collaboratively iterate with stakeholders to explore different design directions
- Create visually stunning, high-fidelity mockups
- Clearly document design decisions, product needs, and direction
- Lead the evolution of our design system
- Conduct discovery sessions and research with clients and prospects
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Product Design experience
- An updated portfolio showcasing shipped high-quality products and/or features
- Expertise in crafting and using design systems
- Strong experience in user-centric design and discovery
- A growth mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning and self-improvement
