Senior Product Designer - Crypto

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for new growth initiatives, focusing on cryptocurrency trading and private markets, by designing and testing flows to reduce friction and increase user activation. Responsibilities also include championing trust and clarity in high-stakes domains by creating transparent experiences and collaborating with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to navigate regulatory complexities.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for new growth initiatives
- Design and test flows that reduce friction and increase activation
- Partner with product managers and data analysts to identify high-impact opportunities
- Transform complex financial concepts into intuitive experiences
- Deliver Design Excellence in High-Stakes Domains
- Champion Trust and Clarity by creating transparent, high-integrity experiences
- Conduct and synthesize user research to validate design directions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and data-rich visualizations
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design (UX/UI) experience
- Proven experience in a complex domain (fintech, crypto, data analytics, or similar)
- Portfolio requirement: At least one case study showcasing how you solved a complex, multi-layered design problem from research through to execution
- Direct experience designing trading platforms, crypto wallets, or investment products
- A personal passion for investing and emerging financial technologies
