The Product Designer's mission is to bridge the gap between complex regulations and good decisions by building a tool customers love, working outcome-driven in a Product Trio. Responsibilities include continuous dialogue with users for discovery, owning the entire user experience, rapid prototyping, and establishing a scalable design system.
Responsibilities
- Driving design decisions and delivering engaging design solutions
- Collaborating with a diverse team, including Product Manager and Tech Lead
- Building a deep understanding of the product's vision and customers' problems
- Creating a scalable design system from scratch
- Rapidly building prototypes, visualizing ideas, and testing hypotheses with users
Requirements
- Solid background in product design, preferably with SaaS or complex systems
- Iterative mindset, focused on creating value for users
- Ability to collaborate with Product Manager and Tech Lead
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
- Experience with interview methodology and exploratory attitude towards new technology
