Product Designer - Associate

The Product Designer will define product strategy and drive the delivery of user-centered design solutions for complex business problems, shaping next-generation private banking platforms. Responsibilities include delivering design artifacts across all project phases and leading research initiatives such as stakeholder workshops and user studies.
Responsibilities
- Defining product strategy and defining a research strategy to support it
- Driving and delivering engaging, thoughtful user-centred design solutions to complex business problems
- Delivering appropriate design artifacts spanning all project phases
- Leading research initiatives including stakeholder workshops, design workshops, user studies and research synthesis
- Working closely and presenting work to stakeholders, product and technology teams
Requirements
- 9+ years of design experience within the industry
- Passion about design and ability to articulate the value of the design process
- Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience working within design systems & enterprise/consumer/complicated user journey experience
- High proficiency with design tools such as Figma
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical work experience in Design
- Online portfolio demonstrating superior experiences
