The Senior UX Designer will own UX for core platform surfaces or end-to-end player journeys, leading design from concept through launch across console, web, and companion experiences. Responsibilities include translating complex constraints into intuitive experiences, defining interaction models, and partnering with cross-functional teams to shape strategy and evolve platform standards.
Responsibilities
- Own UX for a core platform surface, system feature, or end-to-end player journey
- Lead design from concept through launch across console, web, and/or companion experiences
- Translate complex technical and platform constraints into intuitive, performant user experiences
Requirements
- BA/BS in Interaction or Product Design, Human Factors, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product or UX design experience, including platform or systems-level work
- A portfolio that showcases thoughtful, simple, deliberate & intuitive design
