Senior Product Designer, Family Office

The Senior Product Designer will own complex end-to-end experiences, focusing on reimagining the infrastructure connecting advisors, clients, and custodians, and shaping the vision for a comprehensive family office suite. Responsibilities include designing across multiple touchpoints, optimizing for service clarity, incorporating AI where meaningful, and ensuring high-trust experiences for sensitive financial moments.
Responsibilities
- Design complex end-to-end experiences
- Partner with Product Management and own major initiatives from research and discovery through high-fidelity execution and launch
- Design across multiple user types and ensure solutions account for downstream workflows and service realities
- Optimize for the service, not just the surface — designing with operational clarity, advisor workflows, and client communication in mind
- Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully enhance the product experience
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product design
- Experience designing complex systems or service-oriented products with multiple user types
- Strong interaction design, systems thinking, and information architecture skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience integrating AI tools into design workflow and building AI-powered product experiences
