This Staff Product Designer will define the systems, structures, and standards necessary to ensure product coherence across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. Key duties include leading the development of a scalable design system and reshaping the product architecture to clarify navigation and reduce complexity.
Responsibilities
- Define and scale the design system across platforms
- Lead the development of a scalable design system
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
- Create systems that empower teams to move faster without sacrificing quality
- Reshape and strengthen product architecture
- Raise the craft bar for visual design, typography, spacing, and interaction detail
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing digital products at scale
- Experience building or significantly evolving a design system
- Strong systems thinking
- Experience defining navigation and IA for complex products
- High bar for visual craft and attention to detail
- Experience designing multi-platform products
