Graphic Designer

The role involves generating innovative, creative concepts across various mediums and collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions. Responsibilities include managing all phases of the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency, and executing creative projects like collateral, digital graphics, and event signage.
Responsibilities
- Generate innovative, creative concepts across a variety of mediums and provide art direction on all in-house design initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions
- Execute and evolve brand standards across multiple platforms
- Ensure visual consistency and high design standards across all materials
- Manage all phases of the design process from concept to delivery, including project management, gathering and organizing assets, review process, editing/proofing, file delivery, backup and archiving of projects
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.)
- Proficiency in After Effects highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, art direction, typography, and campaign work across print, digital, web, social and email
- Experience in brand development and activation
- Proficiency in digital design (UI) and understanding of web design principles, WordPress experience highly desired
- UX experience a plus
