The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end product design lifecycle for key platform areas, from initial problem discovery through to polished UI delivery. This involves close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product strategy aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Leading the full design lifecycle: discovery, research, concepting, prototyping, usability testing, UI/visual design, and delivery
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problem spaces and shape product strategy, aligned with the companyâs goals
- Contributing to Beyondâs design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite, by working closely with other designers and owning and maintaining feature-level Figma files, prototypes, and libraries
- Gathering and using quantitative and qualitative insights to drive product strategy and design improvements and use them to inform design decisions
- Conducting User Research activities, such as user interviews, usability tests, concept validations, and heuristic reviews
- Designing and supporting experiments to measure how design decisions influence user behaviour and business results
- Communicating design decisions clearly, framing discussions around customer and business impact and measurable outcomes
- Facilitating workshops and alignment sessions when needed
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Design experience in SaaS, B2B, or data-rich products
- Proven ability to drive data-informed product decisions to drive business results
- End-to-end ownership, from problem framing to final UI
- Deep experience with Figma (including components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping)
- Experience contributing to design systems
- Experience with data visualization or information-heavy interfaces
- Experience in revenue management, pricing tools, marketplaces, or analytics platforms is a plus
- Enthusiasm about AI tools and integrating them actively in your workflow is a plus
- Experience with Product analytics tools like Hotjar and Posthog are a plus
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, measuring UX impact) is a plus
- Front-end working knowledge (React, component architecture) is a plus
