Staff UX Researcher

The role involves conducting practical and impactful quantitative research on hosts and guests, utilizing sophisticated methodologies to uncover user insights. This includes partnering with and sharing actionable insights with product teams, data scientists, marketers, and executives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and impactful quantitative research on our community of hosts and guests
- Uncover insights about users by using sophisticated and innovative methodologies, measurement strategies, experiments, and mixed-methods research
- Partner and share insights with product teams, other insights teams, data scientists, marketers, policy managers, and executives
Requirements
- Masters or PhD in Psychology, Survey Science/Methods, Human-Computer Interaction, Economics, Political Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Strong storytelling skills, ability to bring data and insights to life in compelling ways for varied audiences
- Experience with statistical analysis, modeling, experimental design, and survey design
- Experience with statistical analysis packages and survey programming platforms
