Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and executing high-quality creative materials that align with the brand strategy, leading the execution of high-value listing campaigns across multiple channels. Key tasks include developing high-impact materials like presentations, advertising, flyers, and digital assets while ensuring brand consistency across the network.

Responsibilities

• Leading the execution of high-value listing campaigns across multiple channels
• Developing high-impact materials, including listing presentations, campaign advertising, and brand marketing collateral
• Creating accessible templates and digital design solutions to ensure brand consistency
• Prioritizing design requests in consultation with the Marketing Manager
• Supporting creative direction across property and agribusiness campaigns
• Ensuring brand guidelines are upheld and adaptable across multiple regions and campaign types
• Providing expert graphic design advice to business units nationwide
• Contributing to the ongoing development of visual standards across the brand

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong background in real estate marketing design and/or agricultural sector communications
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat essential)
• Experience creating print-ready property materials and digital campaign assets
