Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process for digital banking products, focusing on creating visually appealing, interactive, and user-friendly interfaces that go beyond mere convenience. This includes prototyping, gathering feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading user research to ensure a delightful user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for your product/feature
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Lead user research for your product/feature
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
- Ensure alignment with the design system and brand guidelines
Requirements
- 4-8 years of proven experience as a senior product designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and successful product launches
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in design or art-related field
- Certification and/or training in relevant software programs
- Proficiency in user-centered design principles
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Excellent communication skills
