Sr. UX Designer, Shopping AI Innovation

Key responsibilities include creating world-class, user-centered designs based on business needs, customer feedback, and research, while developing design strategy for both ideal and near-term customer implementations. The role involves influencing stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Science to define, design, and ship new features, and collaborating closely on implementation and AI model training.
Responsibilities
- Create world-class, user-centered designs through consideration of business requirements, customer feedback, market research, and usability study findings
- Develop design strategy for customers for both ideal state and near term implementation
- Influence and collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Science, Leadership to define, design, and ship new features
- Partner closely with product managers to develop and define feature product strategy, iterate quickly to refine
- Consume, improve, and contribute to the design library; develop and maintain design documentation for shared patterns and components
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience
- Available online portfolio
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
- Experience acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps
