
Product Designer

This role involves supporting internal staff and clients regarding a proprietary application suite, acting as the liaison between business users and IT. The individual will be central to developing and supporting best-practice procedures for the operating model and serving as the issue point for operations, development, and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, low and high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Translate complex problems into elegant and intuitive user interface solutions
- Maintain and evolve design system components in Figma
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to define requirements and shape the end to end user experience
- Participate in agile ceremonies, design critiques, and working sessions to ensure designs meet user and business needs
- Provide UX/visual design support during development and QA to ensure high quality implementation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent years' experience
- Hands on expertise with Figma, including components, prototyping, auto layout, and design systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in end to end product design
- Solid understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, and visual design fundamentals
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross functional partners
- Experience working in an iterative, agile environment
Benefits
- COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000
