Product Designer (UI/UX) - Core AI

The role involves leading end-to-end product design and user experience for Core AI tools, including implementing high-quality, production-ready front-end interfaces using React components. Responsibilities also include designing AI-specific interaction patterns and collaborating with engineering and data science teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Product Manager to execute against the AI product roadmap
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned by creating mockups and prototypes
- Propose user flows, interaction models and screen-level designs
- Translate workflows and requirements into production-ready UI by building accessible, performant React components
- Design and implement AI-specific interaction patterns
- Collaborate day-to-day with Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to a scalable design system and component library
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build reusable, component-driven UI
- Demonstrated experience independently defining UX interactions and reusable UX components
- 3+ years of professional experience building modern web applications as a front-end engineer, with strong hands-on experience in React
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in integrating front-end applications with APIs and asynchronous data flows
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and product judgment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a professional engineering environment
