Lead Product Designer

The Lead Product Designer will craft and map elegant user flows, prototype smooth interactions, and launch new product features while contributing to and evolving the design system for consistency and scalability. This role involves driving the design vision for the AI development tooling ecosystem and partnering with the executive team on strategic product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall design and direction of Together products
- Design and ship high-quality products and improvements
- Partner closely with engineering, product management, AI research, and design peers
- Engage in user research to better understand our users and refine our products
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
- Own and improve shared components within the design system
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a professional software product-driven environment
- Advanced skills in UX and interaction design
- Experience building developer tools, IDEs, infrastructure platforms, or data products
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or significantly contributing to a production design system
- Experienced in user research
- Technical enough to learn about the needs of our users
- Can consume and interpret user interaction data
