Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for key CRM features and workflows, ensuring cohesive and intuitive experiences
- Translate business and user needs into strong hypotheses and thoughtful design solutions
- Contribute to defining success metrics and use data to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and marketing to align on priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of product design experience
- Understanding of both user and business motivations
- Ability to form strong design hypotheses
- High-quality visual and interaction design skills
- Experience working within and contributing to a design system
