Principal Product Designer

The Principal Designer will set a 12â24 month design vision, lead with craft, and drive innovation across the SIPS ecosystem, influencing at the organizational level while remaining hands-on with execution. This role involves leading company-level big bets from concept to shipped MVP and owning cross-surface, system-level experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and socialize a clear design vision and north stars for SIPS domains
- Translate vision into decision principles, experience frameworks, and measurable bets
- Architect patterns and systems that scale across web, iOS, and Android
- Champion accessibility, privacy, and security by design
Requirements
- Track record leading multi-team initiatives and shipping at scale
- Mastery in IA, interaction design, and visual systems
- Strong product sense and ability to frame problems
- Comfortable in regulated domains and partnering with Compliance, Risk, and Security
