The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for designing AI agent experiences, including how agents present themselves, hand off to humans, and manage failures gracefully. This role involves defining interaction models for AI-first workflows and designing core business workflows like records, queues, and dashboards for operators.
Responsibilities
- Design AI agent experiences - how agents show up, how they hand off to humans, and how they fail gracefully
- Define interaction models for AI-first workflows - how people understand what their agents are doing
- Design the core business workflows that sit alongside our agents - the records, queues, and dashboards
- Make deeply complex systems feel simple to people who don't care how they work
- Set the design standard for the team and raise the craft bar across the entire product surface
Requirements
- 4-5 years designing complex software that real people use daily under pressure
- Track record of defining interaction paradigms, not just executing within them
- Proven ability to do your own research and bring it back as product direction
- Comfortable moving between high-ambiguity AI interaction problems and the core SaaS workflows
- CS degree or equivalent builder experience
