The Product Designer will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process across the entire product ecosystem, from user research and prototyping through to delivery and iteration. Key tasks include crafting thoughtful UX and pixel-perfect UI, measuring impact using data tools, and actively contributing to the design system and culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes: from user research and discovery, through ideation and prototyping, to delivery and iteration
- Design thoughtful UX and pixel-perfect UI: crafting user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, ensuring scalable and visually coherent designs ready for development
- Measure impact and iterate continuously: defining and tracking success metrics using tools like Hotjar, Amplitude, and NPS to continuously refine designs based on data-driven insights
Requirements
- Strong product intuition, guided by data and real user insights
- Ability to balance creativity and pragmatism to ship smart, effective solutions — fast
- Proactive and resourceful, always pushing things forward and stepping up where it matters
- Fluent in English
