The Product Designer will bridge the gap between complex regulations and good decisions by building a tool customers love, focusing on outcome-driven work and continuous discovery close to users. Key tasks include direct customer interaction, owning the user experience, translating data-heavy processes into intuitive workflows, rapid prototyping, and establishing a scalable design system.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Conduct user research and testing
- Create and maintain design documentation and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in design reviews and team rituals
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to define problem statements and success metrics
Requirements
- Solid background in product design
- Iterative mindset
- Experience with design tools such as Figma
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work with complex data sets and rules
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
