Lead design initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and concept validation to delivery and continuous optimization, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems and hypotheses. Responsibilities include translating requirements into scalable experiences, producing various design artifacts, conducting user testing, and supporting A/B testing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives across the full product lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics
- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences
- Produce design artifacts at varying levels of fidelity
- Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate based on insights
- Design and support A/B testing initiatives to validate design decisions and optimize user journeys
- Use analytics and behavioral data to inform and refine design solutions
- Modernize and improve existing user journeys while ensuring consistency within the design system
- Participate actively in discovery, backlog refinement, and planning sessions within agile teams
Requirements
- 3â5 years of professional experience as a Product UI/UX Designer
- Proven experience designing products across multiple stages of the product lifecycle
- Strong proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
- Solid portfolio demonstrating product thinking, user research, experimentation, and measurable design impact
- Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing user research insights
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests or product experiments
- Experience working with or contributing to scalable design systems
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
