Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will execute high-quality visual materials primarily for print platforms, supporting institutional priorities under senior creative leadership guidance. Key duties include designing various print materials like brochures and signage while strictly adhering to brand guidelines and preparing production-ready files for print vendors.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality design work for University offices and departments under the direction of senior creative leadership
• Design brochures, flyers, postcards, posters, event collateral, signage, and other print materials
• Support creation of digital assets (social graphics, simple display graphics, presentation layouts) as assigned
• Maintain strict adherence to institutional brand guidelines, typography standards, color systems, and visual identity frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) on a Mac-based system
• Knowledge of AI tools that enhance efficiency, ideation, and production accuracy in the design process
• Foundational understanding of typography, layout systems, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of print production processes and file setup
