Digital Graphic Designer, Bilingual (Mandarin & English)

Hybrid $60,000 - $80,000 Full-time Mid-level

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for upholding and evolving Nanoleaf’s visual identity across all touchpoints, interpreting business objectives into high-impact creative executions for digital and print media. Key duties include designing and optimizing content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and creating production-ready packaging from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold and evolve Nanoleaf’s visual identity across all visual touchpoints
  • Ensure consistency in design, tone, and branding across digital and print media
  • Interpret marketing and business objectives into innovative, high-quality creative executions
  • Offer fresh, original design ideas in brainstorms and campaign development
  • Design and optimize content for websites, landing pages, banners, product details pages (PDPs), and digital campaigns
  • Create on-brand graphics for social media, email newsletters, digital ads, and partner retail platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams on UI/UX considerations, accessibility, and creative alignment
  • Be the liaison for Shopify tasks
  • Design sales and marketing collateral, including product slide decks, spec sheets, and trade presentations
  • Localize and adapt graphics for use across global channels
  • Develop engaging, production-ready packaging from concept through execution
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and CX to support design needs across teams
  • Design internal training materials and launch support content for new products and promotions
  • Maintain an organized internal image and asset library

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & Photoshop)
  • Experience with Figma
  • Strong knowledge of digital design workflows
  • Excellent layout, typography, and visual communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to tackle multiple overlapping tasks
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-first attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Working proficiency in spoken Mandarin (Can communicate reliably in job-related conversations, i.e. spoken/verbal, and utilize translation tools if reading/writing is required)
