Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist

This role involves designing and producing high-quality marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets while ensuring consistent brand application across all materials. Additionally, the specialist will build and manage social media content calendars, publish engaging content, and monitor performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral
• Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations
• Create compelling infographics, charts, and data visualizations
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards
• Prepare print-ready and publication-ready files
• Participate in creative reviews and project status meetings
• Build and manage social media content calendars
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms
• Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and develop reporting insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 3+ years of professional commercial design experience
• Commercial real estate experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of offset and digital prepress and print production processes
• Experience managing business social media accounts and analytics
