UI Designer / Design Systems Expert

The role involves shaping high-quality, scalable user interfaces by creating and maintaining design system components, collaborating closely with development teams using React/CSS, and ensuring visual coherence across digital products. As a consultancy-driven position, the expert will also support the adoption, governance, and communication of the design system within client teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain design system components
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high standard of visual coherence across products
- Ensure every interface is accessible, performant, and aligned with brand and product goals
- Support adoption, governance, and communication around the design system
- Work embedded within client teams
Requirements
- Figma or similar tools experience
- Strong visual design fundamentals
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and how UI connects to frontend development
- Familiarity with React component structures
- Accessibility and design guidelines knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Visual Design, Computer Science, or equivalent
