Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will focus on brand and marketing web design, creating compelling campaign assets, conversion-optimized landing pages, and evolving the visual identity across various channels. Responsibilities include designing assets for campaigns, social media, email, and print, while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for campaigns, social media, email, paid media, presentations, and print materials
• Create responsive landing pages, marketing website sections, and campaign microsites with clear hierarchy and strong CTA placement
• Deliver development-ready designs with responsive specifications and collaborate closely with developers on implementation
• Produce creative variations for A/B testing and performance optimisation
• Support product launches with marketing collateral and investor-facing materials
• Maintain and extend the Mintos brand system, including templates, icons, illustrations, and visual guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Marketing Designer
• Hands-on experience with Figma and responsive web design
• Ability to create high-quality visual assets across digital and print while managing multiple projects with deadlines
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, colour theory, composition, and grid systems
• Experience working within and extending a brand identity system
