
Digital Graphic Designer

This role involves creating interactive and communicative designs such as dashboards, market maps, and scrollytelling, while also managing the Editorial website, including high-profile report landing pages. The designer will deliver accurate, highly engaging visual experiences that help audiences understand private capital market trends and encourage online activity.
Responsibilities
- Act as a steward of PitchBook's identity, successfully working within brand guidelines while capitalizing on the full breadth of creative possibilities
- Demonstrate a variety of aesthetic approaches across audiences and genres for custom projects
- Enhance data visualization efforts by developing fresh ideas that bring PitchBook's interactive data to life
- Participate in recurring internal design meetings with effective, constructive feedback on a variety of projects
- Demonstrate successful cross-collaboration with other Editorial teams
- Conceive, design, launch, produce, and maintain high-impact editorial web pages
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of data visualization, web design and/or UX experience
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
- Experience with Flourish or other data viz tools
- Experience with Brightspot or other WYSIWYG web design platforms
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and learn new systems and software easily
