LEAD GRAPHIC DESIGNER

This role involves developing and executing high-quality visual designs across print, web, and digital platforms while maintaining and evolving brand guidelines for consistency. The Lead Graphic Designer will manage multiple design projects from concept to execution, handle high volumes of digital production work, and prepare precise mechanical files for vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality visual designs across print, web, and digital platforms
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital and print media
• Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Manage a high volume of digital production work, including resizing, retouching, color correction, versioning, and asset adaptation for various platforms and merchandising needs
• Prepare and deliver precise mechanical files for print vendors, product packaging, and showroom graphics
• Maintain an organized digital asset library and file naming conventions for cross-functional use
• Act as marketing team liaison to website management and IT services

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum six years of work experience as Art Director or Graphic Designer
• Minimum six years of work experience with production platforms noted above
• Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and the web
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• In-depth experience with all Microsoft applications
• Excellent English, both verbal and written, to include communication skills for presentations
